Hi, I’m Michaela.
I too have struggled with dimming my light to fit into the world. Like you, I have parts that have been judged, rejected or hurt by others, making me feel unseen or unloved.
I’ve learned that these parts can be healed by making space for them to take the stage with love and laughter and most importantly, by connecting them to the light that shines from within.
I believe we all have a light inside of us that has been dimmed in order to play a role that people expect us to play – for others, our job, and our families.
I also believe that in order to feel our very own power to heal, our inner light needs to shine brighter (again)!
I help your inner child feel safe to shine there light, so you can reclaim your power to heal with love and laughter (using mind body spirit medicine).
